Time started: 1:45 PM
Today was the first time we cooked during home econs.
Joey and i made brownies:)
when we took it out after 10 minutes, it was bubbling and i thought it was not cooked so i dumped it back into the oven.
when i took it out 5 minutes later it was quite dry and did not taste like brownies at all because it was dry and not moist enough.
It looked like a dry chocolate sponge cake. The only decoration i had was the coloured "hundreds and thousands" and MELTED maltese on top.
I didnt know how else to decorate it.. anyway its was my first time making brownies so... it was just an (awful)experience but a good learning lesson:)
