The only answer, was the only reason.

HELLO!
Today i had 3.5 hours of tuition!
Ohgoss, EOY is stressful , & i havent studied much /:
Anyway, today will be on Home ec cooking lesson TWO
After researching for quite a long time, I decided to make "peanut butter" cookies (:
Many because the description makes it sound nice & my brother seated beside me,
urged me to bake that.
Ingredients;
PEANUT BUTTER, flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, salt, baking soda, nutmeg.

After getting all the ingredients & cooking utensils, It's time to cook! o:
I felt very anxious & nervous. Why? That's because i never tried baking peanut butter cookies before & i didnt really understand the recipe ! Argh.
Therefore, i just tried my luck.
I really didnt know what does Creaming mean. & thus being stupid, i just stired with a spoon
Then the mixture is not soft & does not stick!
TROUBLE -.-
Luckly, it can be saved by my 2 hands (:
HHHAH, it was a different experience, but fingernails must be c-l-e-a-n !
Yup, so made "peanut butter balls" = cookies.
Made different shapes too, flower ones
& that's about it.
* i think i ought to improve on this recipe MUCH. to modify it into a better one that uses less time.
Comments from tasters ;
Dry, hard, not buttery enough, sweet, crunchy.
Yup, i shall make it much more tasty next time!
I didnt really enjoy this. ):
But practise makes perfect! :D
